    Managers and sales officers see their plans in My Schedule with the Help Me Plan option right below. Triggering it produces a ranked list of recommended routes.
  • Route-level prioritization
    The agent assembles and ranks routes for the day based on priority signals. You can preview a recommended route, then drill into the suggested stops before adding it to your plan.
  • Outlet-level reasons and actions
    Within a recommended route, the agent highlights high-priority customers and shows an Info icon with recommended actions like “make a visit” or “collect order,” plus the reason, for example “no order this month” and the last order date. You can add selected customers to your schedule with remarks.
  • Customer Profile insights
    You will see flags like “no visit in 10 days,” “payment pending,” or “no order this month” with the last order date. Open the profile to view the full context and recommend next actions. Completed items clear automatically, so the view always reflects what is still pending.
  • Simple configuration
    The Scheduling AI Agent is ready to deploy and can be switched on through configuration.
