Why genuinity?

We chose genuineness because it’s often assumed, but rarely practiced. It’s easy to hide behind excuses or politeness, but that breaks trust. For us, being genuine means saying what needs to be said - with honesty, respect, and the intent to build real collaboration.

Why insist on buy-in?

It’s easy to just delegate and move on, but we’ve seen how that leads to disengagement and missed outcomes. We chose to foster buy-in instead, which means taking the extra minute to explain the why - because people do their best work when they see the picture clearly.

What does accountability mean?

Too often, things fall through not because of lack of intent, but because no one takes full ownership. We chose to make accountability a cultural default. It means stepping up even when it's messy, driving clarity, and staying with it until the loop is truly closed.
