Beatroute is a technology enabler for backend commerce. Beatroute does not hold any liability as far as return of the product is concerned. It is expected that the retailer will ensure delivery and quality of the product before making payment to the distributor.

There is no refund policy since BeatRoute does not hold liability of delivery and quality of the products. However, BeatRoute can be leveraged as a communication platform by giving feedback to the distributor/brand for any delivery and product quality related issues.
