Video Input in Your Campaign Forms
To help with faster issue resolutions, better site surveys and transparency, we have decided to give you the powerful option of incorporating videos in your campaign forms. Included in the Enterprise pack, this feature offers a much more interactive and effective approach to campaign forms for use cases such as warranty or complaint registration, product feedback, and service fulfillment where video evidence is more helpful than images or text alone.
Track Participation in Community Engagement or Training Events
Tracking team and customer participation in various events and activities has never been easier. Go ahead and effortlessly monitor engagement metrics and delve into participants’ historical involvement, all conveniently accessible in the customer’s profile. So you not only add all relevant participants at once for your events, but also get ready access to who’s a regular participant and who’s not.
Some examples of activities where this functionality comes into play include community meetings, training sessions for customers or own teams and product demo sessions for customer or influencer communities.
A Significant Leap for Enterprise Grade Scalability
Our commitment to enterprise-grade scalability can be further elucidated with the following enhancements:
- Sales teams can now adjust prices
We give you the ability to empower your sales teams with greater control over pricing dynamics and the ability to edit prices during order collection. Configurable on the customer subtype level, this enables sales teams to adjust prices selectively across designated customer segments, ensuring tailored pricing strategies for customer satisfaction and better sales. Admins remain in control of which customer segments they want to enable price adjustments for.
- Workflows can be targeted using Custom Attributes
BeatRoute has also introduced custom customer attributes for targeting campaign forms, MSL/FSL SKUs (Must Sell List and Focus Sell List), and other workflows, offering unparalleled flexibility in customer segmentation and for tailored campaigns. Leveraging a combination of custom and standard attributes such as type, subtype, class, and chain, you can craft highly targeted campaigns and promotions, maximizing customer engagement. This means that when your team engages with a customer, they only see those select workflows on their profile which are targeted for them.
