What We Explored with Dangote Cement

During our OnGround sessions, we spent time visiting both pallet and hybrid type customers to observe the sales team’s standard operating procedures in real scenarios. These visits helped us understand how field execution unfolds under actual working conditions, from order placement to delivery confirmation.

We assessed the usability of existing modules, identifying where the current processes perform well and where refinements could enhance efficiency.

We introduced and tested our newly launched Pocket MIS Module, which provides real-time performance insights directly to the field team, helping managers and sales representatives make faster, data-backed decisions. 

These interactions also opened discussions around how BeatRoute’s integrated platform can help optimize performance, ensure operational traceability, and drive decisions based on field intelligence. Together, we mapped out use cases that address both visibility and control across various aspects of the business.

Their inputs helped align product capabilities with local business processes and guided the creation of a clear roadmap that we discussed together and refined based on their feedback.

Before wrapping up, both teams agreed to move forward with structured training sessions on using our AI capabilities and a phased expansion plan designed to ensure smooth adoption without disrupting existing routines.
