Can dealers get their own portal and app?

Yes. BeatRoute's dealer app gives every dealer their own login on Android, iOS or WhatsApp, where they place orders, see price lists and schemes, check the status of what they ordered and raise a complaint. Self-service ordering is what keeps the channel moving between rep visits, which is why brands roll it out alongside the DMS rather than after it.
