Additionally, we’ve implemented the concept of aging, allowing sales teams to categorize unpaid invoices based on their age. The aging buckets can be easily configured at the backend, providing unparalleled visibility to sales teams at the customer level.

2. KPI Builder on Network Expansion & Payment Collection Efficiency

Our Scorecard module has always been a core part of our Goal-driven sales technology. With Version 6.3, we’re introducing a “Build your own” approach to KPIs, making them structurally more configurable. The Customer Expansion KPI empowers you to measure the sales team’s performance in terms of adding new customers under specific conditions. Meanwhile, the Payment Collection Efficiency KPI allows you to create custom measurements, providing a comprehensive view of the sales team’s collection efficiency.

3. New Team Module for Managers

To enhance the managerial experience and facilitate better navigation through day-to-day operational performance, we’ve introduced a new Team Module. This module empowers managers to view daily performance on scorecard parameters, access operational data on daily activities, and provides a summary view of all activities performed by the sales team.

BeatRoute’s scheme engine now includes period-based schemes corresponding to achieving specific volume or value targets within a defined timeframe. This feature enables companies to align customers’ sustained loyalty by offering incentives through duration-based schemes. Customers can now be rewarded for achieving their custom targets within a specified time frame, fostering stronger relationships.
