Use BeatRoute Sales Team App in your local language

We have added flexibility for multi-linguality in our Sales Team App (SFA). All workflows in the SFA app can now be made available in different languages depending on the country in which the sales team is operating. This flexibility simplifies training, drives user adoption, and ensures that all team members, regardless of language, can fully leverage BeatRoute’s capabilities. Multilingual functionality is crucial for businesses looking to standardize their sales processes across regions while accommodating local language preferences.

Generate mobile invoices on the go in case of Ready Stock Teams (Van Sales Operations)

You can now maintain 2 invoice templates – One for desktop version & other for mobile. Mobile version will be available even in case of no internet connection on the sales man’s route. We have made it easy to get a print from the Sales Team App for the invoice to be handed over to the customer at the time of marking dispatch itself.

Control SKU Visibility at the time of Order Collection based on inventory availability

While collecting orders in the Sales Team App, we have rolled out a configuration which can control SKU visibility. With this configuration only SKUs which are carried by a ready stock sales person (Van Sales Team) will be visible to collect orders. This way users will not need to scroll through the entire list of SKUs. With this configuration Salesman will only be able to collect orders & dispatch for only in-stock SKUs at a given instant. This functionality will also work in offline mode.
